Shipping
When you place an order for materials from Taylor Forest Products,
you will receive the order when you asked for it.
Our on-time percentage over the last 16 years exceeds 98%.
We recently added a truck-mounted forklift to help out with larger
orders. We also hand unload for the more delicate red cedar trim
boards and other similar products. Nearly all of the orders that
leave our yard get shrink-wrapped. International shipping can be
done either at our loading dock or one you prefer.

Special Orders
From something as simple as a special color stain for your shingles to
a complex challenge of matching a profile of siding, Taylor Forest loves
the challenge of a special order. More than 30% of our sales are special
orders, most take only 3-4 days from order placement and are completed
quickly and at a fair price.

Outside/Inside Sales
Our inside sales team backs up the guys out on the road to provide a level
of service that will help you save time and money. We are constantly going
to training seminars on Cedar and traveling to the mills to build
relationships that in the end make a difference in the level of service we
get. All of us at Taylor Forest Products want to help our customers choose

After-Hours Program
As a customer, you can call until 8 pm. To check on tomorrow’s delivery
or just get a price while you are doing your job quotes. You can also
place an order of in-stock materials and it will get there the next day.

Direct T/L Program
Receive direct shipments from the mill to your storage facility and in
most cases to your jobsite. This is a great way to save money on
products that you use all of the time. In some cases, direct truckloads
on common carrier outside MA are exempt from state and local taxes.

lead times.

We can have any profile of moulding or siding made to your
specifications in Red cedar, Spanish Cedar, Mahogany, Fir, Ipe, etc.

In fact, KLEER can make almost anything for you. We also have a
